NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Shreveport City Council will hold a Special Meeting on Thursday, October 17, 2024, at 12:00 p.m. The meeting will be held in the Government Plaza Chamber, 505 Travis Street.

Pursuant to La.
