NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN  that the Shreveport City Council will meet in Special Session at 1:00 PM Tuesday, September 24, 2024, or immediately following the Administration Conference Meeting whichever occurs later, in the Government Chambers at Government Plaza (505 Travis St.) 
 
Pursuant to La.
