​​​​​​​PUBLIC NOTICE: Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Shreveport shall hold its Administrative Conference on Monday, February 10, 2025, at 3:00 P. M. and its Regular Meeting, Tuesday, February 11, 2025, at 3:00 P.M. Both meetings will be held in the Government Chamber at Government Plaza (505 Travis Street).

Pursuant to La. Authorizing a three (3) year contract between the City of Shreveport and the African American Celebration Corporation, and to otherwise provide with respect thereto.

Authorizing a request to be made to the Louisiana Department of Natural Resources, Louisiana State Mineral and Energy Board, to seek public bids for an oil, gas and mineral lease involving the property located in Districts C and D described herein and to execute the lease for certain mineral interests owned by the City of Shreveport; and to authorize the mayor to execute any and all documents related to the intent of this Resolution; and to otherwise provide with respect thereto
