M. and its Regular Meeting, Tuesday, January 14, 2025, at 3:00 P.M. Both meetings will be held in the Government Chamber at Government Plaza (505 Travis Street).

Pursuant to La. Authorizing the mayor to execute a cooperative endeavor agreement between the City of Shreveport and the State of Louisiana Department of the Treasury and to otherwise provide with respect thereto.

Authorizing the mayor of the City of Shreveport to sign an approval of the assignment by Cypress Energy Partners, LLC of an oil and gas lease to Paloma Natural Gas, LLC, and to otherwise provide with respect thereto.
